Please read the following points carefully as this affects the use of our website and purchase of products from the online shop by you. Shopping with Mail order Products displayed on this website may be ordered on-line via our secure server.
If you place the order on-line, you will receive an automatically produced e- mail confirmation to your nominated email account of your order details. The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order and it is in process. You will be allocated an order number for each unique order – please quote this as your reference for any enquiries you make about your order.
All prices shown on the website are excluding postage and packaging costs. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases we will refund your monies in full. Clicking on our COMPLETE ORDER button is not deemed an ‘invitation to purchase’ by us but an ‘expression of interest’ by you.
Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons out side of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product.
We will endeavor to notify you of the change prior to dispatch.
We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website and/or in our marketing materials, and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time. For overseas orders it is your responsibility to ensure that any goods are allowed in your country of origin. We will not accept liability for items that incur custom charges.
For Credit/Debit Card payments you may use: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Visa Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. All prices quoted on our online shop are in UK Pounds Sterling and credit/debit cards will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.
Delivery can be made to destinations within and outside the UK. All packages in the UK are sent via the Royal Mail and we aim to deliver goods within 10 days but can take up to 28 days. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail and can take between 9 and 21 days depending on your location. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within the time stated but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery.
If goods have not been received within the stated delivery time you may contact us by e-mail or phone.
Please inspect your goods upon delivery of the package. We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply phone us first so we can instruct you how the item should be sent back to us. Any order cancellations will be subject to a £4.50 administration fee. This cost will cover refunds and restocking, and the costs we incur for processing the orders. Any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase
Special offer items, sale items, end of line/clearance items are non-refundable.
Any goods returned after 28 days of shipment cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Sale items are non-refundable.
Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is faulty, damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org advising of this.
Whilst every effort is made to supply products from our Special Offers section, we are limited by stock levels of a particular item. All original prices shown in this section are based on RRP or our previous selling price. In some cases purchases of any Special Offer may be limited or declined with no reason given.
